Karnataka Authorities will take a call on establishing a sports activities college within the State after session with the Increased Schooling Division.
Replying to a query by Congress member Veena Achchaiah within the Legislative Council, Minister for Youth Empowerment and Sports activities Ok.C. Narayana Gowda mentioned he had a gathering in Kodagu on this problem. “The matter needs to be mentioned with the Increased Schooling Division. Kodagu can be our most popular location for the college,” he mentioned.
Ms. Achchaiah demanded that the college be arrange in Kodagu, stating that the district had contributed many sportspersons. Round 100 acres had been recognized for the campus within the district, she mentioned.
